Content at production scale
AI video and content production
A catalogue of training or marketing video that goes out of date, where every update means studios, presenters and edit time all over again.
The workflow
The presenters and the footage already exist. The constraint is rebuild cost, not ideas, and every new version waits on a filming schedule.
What we build
An AI video pipeline pairing presenters with a custom animation engine, hosted and run by us. New videos take minutes instead of days.
The measurable outcome
The catalogue stays current without a reshoot, and the production spend is avoided rather than estimated.
When a video pipeline is a good fit
The strongest starting point is a repeat need: a training catalogue, a set of product explanations, or content that changes as the business changes. If the same production steps recur across many videos, those steps are worth measuring. A single film with a new creative direction has a different cost structure.
Separate the message from the production work. Your team still needs to decide what the audience must learn and whether the content is correct. The opportunity is to remove repeated production effort around that decision, so each update does not restart the whole process.
What to prepare before a build
Start with a small sample of existing videos and the changes they need. List the source scripts, presenter footage, artwork and other assets available for reuse. Confirm who owns those assets and who can approve the use of a presenter’s image and voice. Do not assume that access to a recording includes permission to create new material from it.
Record how often the catalogue changes, how many versions are needed and where review delays occur. Name the person who will approve the teaching content or product message. These inputs help separate a production problem from a problem with the source material, rights or review process.
How to judge a pilot
Choose a sample that includes both a routine update and a difficult one. Compare the approved output with the original brief. Check the words, pronunciation, presenter appearance, timing and animation. For training content, check whether the explanation remains clear when the viewer pauses or watches it again.
Measure the full path to an approved video, including review and corrections. A fast render alone does not show that the production process costs less. Keep a record of which steps still need a person and which steps can repeat reliably.
What the saving should include
Compare the current cost of filming, editing and updating the chosen content with the cost of building and running the pipeline. Include source preparation, review time and later changes. Keep avoided production spend separate from cash already saved. A filming cost that would have been incurred is a different measure from a lower invoice paid this month.
Estia Tuition is the published example: 600+ training videos rebuilt without a single reshoot, with US$100k+ in avoided production spend. That result belongs to Estia’s catalogue. The case shows what was done; your own volume, source material and review needs determine the case for your business.
Who runs the system after launch
Thriiv builds and runs the system in a private environment we host and manage. We work with enterprises and groups internationally. You see the quantified saving before you decide to commit budget.

Before you enquire.
- What happens after I send this?
- A principal reads it and comes back with what we would build and what it would save.
- Is there any obligation?
- No. You see the quantified saving first and decide from there.
- Who do you work with?
- Boards and leadership teams at established international businesses.
- Where does our data sit?
- Every system runs in a private environment that we host and manage, and your data stays yours.
- How do you prove it works?
- Two systems are in production: Estia Tuition (US$100k+ in avoided production spend) and Anglo (design time from ten hours to ten minutes).
