Who we are

Thriiv is an AI systems partner, part of the CIRQ Ventures ecosystem. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a discovery request through our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your description of what is slowing your business down

We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not run advertising pixels.

How we use it

We use the information you send us for one purpose: to respond to your discovery request, scope the work you are asking about, and communicate with you about it. If you become a client, we use it to deliver and manage that engagement.

Legal basis

We process your information with your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and in our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Thriiv processes personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

How long we keep it

We keep discovery requests for as long as the conversation is active. If no engagement follows, we delete them within 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as long afterwards as the law requires.

Measurement

This site is set up to use Google Analytics 4 to count visits (pages, device, country) and Google Search Console so we can see how the site appears in Google Search. When those tools are connected they may set cookies or similar identifiers. IP addresses in Analytics are anonymised. We do not use these tools to show ads or to sell your data.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run this site, deliver email, and measure visits, and only to the extent needed for that. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, contact us through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
